As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products based on their needs
- Build relationships with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Promote and upsell products to increase sales and meet or exceed set targets
- Ensure the store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers
- Participate in store events, promotions, and sales campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise
